12 ounces of salmon
2 Tbs olive oil
1 lemon sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon slices to the top of the salmon
3. Cook salmon for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees
