No Bake Energy Bites

No bake energy balls are a great way to sneak in a good source of mid day PCF. These protein balls are filled with fiber too to help keep you fuller for longer. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oats

  • ¼ cup Smart Bran Cereal

  • ¼ cup flaxseed powder

  • 2 Tbs cacao nibs

  • 2 Tbs Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup Almond Butter

  • 1/3 cup Agave

Directions:

  • Add all dry ingredients to a bowl

  • Then add all wet ingredients to the same bowl

  • Mix together until well combined

  • Make into 15 - 20 balls 

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to harden

  • Store for 5 days in a Tupperware 

Things to note:

  • Makes 15 - 20 balls

  • Store in refrigerator
