Curry Chicken Salad

Curry Chicken Salad is a nice addition to any pita, sandwich or salad you can make for lunch. Make a large batch at the beginning of the week to create "no stress" meals. 

Ingredients:

  • (3 ounce) breast chicken chopped

  • 1 - 2 Tbs Olive oil mayo or Greek Yogurt

  • Curry powder to taste

  • 16 chopped grapes

  • A handful dried cranberries 

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
