I am a nutrition enthusiast dedicated to honoring the body with nutrition education and Intuitive Eating. I understand and respect this ever-changing field of nutrition and I am so excited to be a part of it. 

 

Everyone asks me what I eat and I tell them - "foods that make me feel good." Just like me, my clients have individualized needs and goals. My favorite part of my job is discovering a food solution that works well with each and every clients' specific lifestyle, dietary preferences, relationship with and tolerance to food!

I am well versed in the field of nutrition, and respect all choices we make with food. Although I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, I am very vegan and vegetarian friendly. Scared because you think you have obscure symptoms or eating patterns? Bring it on!

 

I have a passion for mindful eating and the Intuitive Eating Nutrition Philosophy. I am HAES aligned and a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I really enjoy working with my clients on bettering their relationship with food and their bodies. I appreciate the courage it takes for someone to tackle disordered eating and I love seeing the progress my clients have in overcoming it.
