Collard Greens, Mango and Lime Smoothie

A great way to add some extra fruits, veggies and fiber to your day!


  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 cups stemmed and chopped collard greens or spinach

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango

  • 1 cup green grapes


1. Combine the lime juice, ½ cup water, the collard greens, mango, and grapes in a blender. 

2. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding more water to reach the desired consistency.

Things to note:

Makes about 2 (16 oz) servings per batch.
