Sunrise Smoothie
It's fun to use "superfoods" when making smoothies. It's a nice time to use turmeric powder especially because the strong flavor can blend in nicely when paired with others.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

2 tbs flaxseed powder
-
1 tsp turmeric powder
-
2 tbs cacao
-
5.3 oz Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt (I used strawberry)

1 cup almond milk or water
-
2/3 cup vega sport protein powder (41g)
Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blander and blend
-
Pour into 2 servings
Things to note:
Makes 2 breakfast smoothies from one batch
