Fish Stew
A nice and easy stew to warm your insides and keep you happy and full too.
Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes chopped

4 carrots chopped

1 onion chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup white wine
-
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes

1 tbs crushed red pepper flakes

1 cup water
-
16 ounces of white fish (cod, halibut, haddock)

Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Chop 2 medium potatoes, 4 carrots, one onion and halve 2 cloves of garlic.
Step 2. Take a 1/3 cup oil and pour into a 6 quart saucepan on medium heat.
Step 3. Take the veggies and cook them for 5-8 minutes in the oil.
Step 4. Pour 1/3 cup white wine into pot and cook out.
Step 5. Add 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes and 1 cup of water and cook for 18 minutes.
Step 6. Add white fish (Iļø used cod) seasoned with salt diced in 3/4 inch cubes to the stew and cook for 5-8 more minutes!
Step 7. Add salt and pepper to taste!
Things to note:
Eat or freeze in 1 - 3 days after preparing!
