Lemon Salmon
High in omega 3 fatty acids and helpful for anti inflammatory purposes, salmon is a wonderful source of protein and healthy fat.
Ingredients:

12 ounces of salmon
-
2 Tbs olive oil
-
1 lemon sliced
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon slices to the top of the salmon
3. Cook salmon for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees
