Turkey Meatballs

Turkey meatballs are an easy protein to meal prep at the beginning of the week. They are so diverse. You can add any sauce or flavoring to them. You also can eat them in a salad, with zoodles or noodles, or on a sandwich or wrap. This recipe is gluten free as it does not use breadcrumbs to make the meatballs!


  • 2 tbs garlic powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 pound of ground turkey 

  • 1/2 tbs basil

  • 1/2 tbs parsley 

  • 1/2 tbs oregano

  • 1/3 of an onion - chopped, minced or diced

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 

  • 1 tbs parmesan cheese separate - to sprinkle 


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees  

2. Mix garlic powder, basil, parsley and oregano together in a bowl 

3. In another bowl mix egg, ground turkey, chopped onions and parmesan cheese 

4. Add spices to ground turkey mix 

5. Form 1 inch balls - you should make about 12 

6. Sprinkle 1 tbs parmesan cheese on top of the balls 

7: Place in oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees

Makes 12 turkey meatballs.
