Blueberry Oat Bread

A healthy breakfast bread made with a combination of whole wheat flour, white flour and oats. We topped our slice off with some peanut butter for added protein and energy to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup oats, dry

  • 1/3 cup sugar 

  • 1/3 cup agave

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp allspice 

  • 1/4 tsp salt 

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 cup blueberries 

Directions:

1.  Pre heat oven to 350 degrees 

2. Mix all the dry ingredients together

3. Add in the wet ingredients

4. Fold in the blueberries 

5. Pour dough into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until done
