Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal is a great way to meal prep breakfast. You can make this for the week, heat up at time of eating and top with a dabble of cottage cheese for extra protein. This recipe is also filled with blueberries which are powerful antioxidants and have cancer fighting phytonutrients called anthocyanin!
