Curry Chicken Salad
Curry Chicken Salad is a nice addition to any pita, sandwich or salad you can make for lunch. Make a large batch at the beginning of the week to create "no stress" meals.
Ingredients:

(3 ounce) breast chicken chopped

1 - 2 Tbs Olive oil mayo or Greek Yogurt
-
Curry powder to taste
-
16 chopped grapes
-
A handful dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
